Introduction
This guide is for administrators of the Inevidesk service only. Before proceeding, please ensure you've subscribe to our status and maintenance notifications here.
Administrators are created by the Inevidesk support team after an authorised request. Credentials will then be supplied to enable access to the administration portal.
A Company Administrator will be able to manage pods and users. They may also have Company Server admin privileges if specified.

| pod | A server chassis containing the CPU | GPU | RAM | SSD resources for a number of vdesks. |
| user | The end-user of a vdesk or flexidesk virtual desktop. |
| server | Hosted, virtual servers. |
| Parsec | Remote desktop connection software. |
